Description
The ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHS-MS) Awareness course provides delegates with an overview of the standards, its similarities, differences and its requirements. The course provides the industry with a model for understanding, establishing, managing and improving their occupational health and safety hazards and risks. The revised standard reflects current organisational OHS-MS concerns, including the increasing awareness of safety of employees and interested parties by implementing controls to manage the prevention of injuries and fatalities. It is also designed to be more effective and easily adaptable, while being simpler to implement and assess. This course has been designed to provide an overview of the OHS-MS concept. Fundamentals or Risk, Governance, Changes from OHSAS 18001:2007 to ISO 45001:2018, Definitions and Clause overview in relation to the Plan Do Check Act Model are all discussed.

Certification

Assessment
There will be an assessment at the end of the course.
- Delegates have to complete the assessment with a minimum score of 60% to receive a Certificate of Competence.
- Delegates who score between 50% and 59% will get a second attempt at the assessment.
- If you fail the second attempt, will need to repurchase the course
- Delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance regardless of a pass or fail.
